Founded in 2000, AZAP is a publisher and integrator of an advanced supply chain planning software solution (APS: Advanced Planning System). One of the French market leaders and located near the Champs Elysées in Paris, it operates in France and abroad. As part of its growth, come join our team as Customer Support Engineer. You will become an expert in AZAP software, develop your knowledge in Supply Chain and can quickly progress to a Functional Consultant position.
In constant interaction with customers, R&D and consultants, you are responsible for resolving support requests.

- Help customers: understand its modeling, go back to the source of the data, assist in the use of the software
- Reproduce, qualify and transmit software malfunctions to the R&D team
- Follow the resolution, communicate internally and with the client, manage imperatives and priorities
And you ?
- Graduated from an engineering school or a master’s degree specializing in Supply Chain
- You like technical notions and you master, know or are able to deepen quickly: SQL or Oracle, Virtual Machine, Windows, scripting languages …
- You want to evolve towards a Supply Chain business expertise
- Relationships and curiosity are your major assets
- You have a good command of English both orally and in writing
