The information collected is necessary for your membership and the proper management of the activities carried out by AZAP, within the framework of its activity recognized as being of public utility, according to the following purposes:
Recording and updating of individual information necessary for the administrative management of contacts;
To draw up, for management purposes, statistical reports or lists of members or contacts, in particular with a view to sending invitations and promotions in accordance with the company’s purpose;
Publishing and sending invitations to the company’s customers, partners or prospects;
To carry out by any means of communication operations relating to prospecting actions with clients and prospects.
Processing of connection data to the www.azap.com website for purely statistical purposes.

The recipients of the data collected by AZAP are the following: employees of the company as part of their functions; subcontractors of the company (SMARTIIZ, SALESFORCE, SUPPLY CHAIN MAGAZINE, GRAND MANITOU, REED EXPOSITION, SENDINBLUE).

AZAP and its technical service provider (THEMECLOUD, SALESFORCE, SENDINBLUE) protect the security of your personal data.
The contact form on the www.azap.com site – derived from the SALESFORCE CRM software – uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer Software) technology which encrypts the information you enter before it is sent to us.
We maintain internally and with our partner THEMECLOUD – by contract – electronic and organizational security measures in relation to the collection, storage and communication of data concerning our contacts.
Your rights under the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés)
