Paul LE BESCOND, Sales Forecasting and EDI Manager at Eureden Frozen Food, shared his expertise in the profession of forecaster in a complete supply chain (from field to finished product) with high quality requirements. He explained how Azap contributed to making data more reliable, to structuring collaborative processes (forecasts, budgets, etc.) and to improving the planning of short, medium and long-term needs (production and packaging capacities, packaging, ingredients, seeds ).
